Why do people email so badly? It’s a question Friday’s Career Buzz guests have been pondering for years. They noticed how email harmed relationships, lost sales, damaged job search campaigns and limited careers. So, one wrote a book and the other started a company to advocate for better email skills, for career and life wellbeing. Tune in and learn what to do, and what NOT to do, before you click SEND.

Will Schwalbe is the co-author with David Shipley of “SEND: Why People Email So Badly and How to Do it Better.” Will left his job as Senior Vice President and Editor in Chief of Hyperion Books to found Cookstr.com, a recipe site.
