What to expect in your Individual Get Started Session

We’ll answer all your questions, and when you’re ready, we’ll schedule a Get Started session with one of our career professionals on our amazing team. We help people of all ages and stages, in early-career, mid-career and late-career. We work with you if you’re employed or in transition. We help professionals, Millennials, Gen Xers, Boomers, people who work in engineering and technology, business and accounting, medicine and health, law and professional services, arts and culture, advanced degree holders, MBAs, PhDs, and more. We work with people who are wanting career counselling, career clarification, career change, role change, career advancement, generating options, and help with resumes, LinkedIn, interviews, job search.
Schedule your Get Started Session
This is a 60-minute one-on-one consultation with a CareerCycles Associate, who is a trained career professional. You’ll get started right away and make good progress on your career or job search questions. This is a substantive working session that we’ve proven works in peer-reviewed outcome studies, not a ‘sales pitch.’ You’ll be heard and feel more optimistic, whatever your unique situation. We pride ourselves on our storylistening skills. Access our powerful Online Storyteller web application and take away your Clarification Sketch with at least three career or job possibilities for your future. Depending on your situation, we’ll recommend practical next steps, or one of our programs. No pressure. You decide what’s best for you.
Move forward with a Clarification & Exploration program
We all have big questions we face. A CareerCycles program guides you in making well-informed and inspired choices that help you move forward and achieve your goals. Our model is all about you and your stories! Reflect on your past experiences, gain clarity and generate promising possibilities that match your strengths & desires. One size never fits all. At CareerCycles we encourage all our clients to follow clues and take inspired actions to explore possibilities before focusing on one and actively pursuing it. Once you know what you want, we'll help you get there! For those who need it, we'll help refine your job search strategy and improve your career tools including resume, LinkedIn profile and interview skills. Our individual narrative assessment system is adaptable to your unique situation. Depending on your needs we recommend our 8-hour Comprehensive program, Abridged 5-hour program or Premium 12-hour program. Alternatively, you can move directly to a resume, LinkedIn, interview and job search program. After your Get Started Session, your investment of $120 is credited toward a program. $120 for Premium, $60 for Comprehensive and $30 for Abridged.
