Jean Erickson Walker, CMF, leads the Global Ambassadors initiative. Jean is the author of The Age Advantage: Making the Most of Your Midlife Career Transition. She speaks regularly on leadership development, mid-life career transition, the retirement myth, emotional intelligence, and generational differences in the workplace. Publishers Weekly described her as “blunt, compassionate and effective.” Jean has been internationally certified as a Career Management Fellow (CMF), is EVP of Pathways/OI Partners Inc., a leading career services firm in Portland, Oregon, and past chair of ICC International.
Based in London, England, Bill Pitcher, CMF, is an ICC International Global Ambassador, and past president of Association of Career Professionals International. Bill was born into a working class family, and his early life was spent in social housing in post-war Coventry, England. At the beginning of his career he worked in retail, factories and offices. After enjoying a successful consulting career with KPMG and other firms, Bill established Pitcher Solutions in 2008, a niche career consultancy.
