Our Strategic Job Search Program goes beyond generic job search strategies. We work with you individually to create your comprehensive Strategic Job Search Plan, delivering expert coaching for you to gain confidence in conducting a more effective and targeted job search. We also have experience providing expert and effective individual career counselling and transition coaching.
How We Work with You in our Strategic Job Search Program
Our Strategic Job Search Program is a one-to-one service with an experienced and knowledgeable CareerCycles career coaching professional. The program includes 2-hours of in-session service, typically delivered in two 1-hour sessions spaced 1-2 weeks apart, though we’re flexible to deliver sessions to respond to your needs. Prior to your first session, our Client Service Manager will communicate with you by phone and/or email to gain a clear understanding of your situation and needs and gather important details to share with your career coach. Your career coach will then be ready to make the best possible use of your in-session time together.
