Jennifer Mackey Dip. CWC, CCS, HNCP

Client Service & Operations Manager

I love to help people navigate career & life transition points. Having gained more than 12 years’ experience in a variety of roles in the career development field, I’ve developed an in-depth understanding and appreciation of the value of career services for individuals, organizations, and society. I genuinely enjoy using my strengths in communication and relationship building to help people understand how career professionals can help them. Supporting my colleagues in delivering high quality career services is also very rewarding. My assets of a Career & Work Counsellor Diploma and experiential background in career counselling, assessment, and facilitation strengthen my ability to help people get started in clarifying and exploring possibilities. As a friendly, personable, and empathetic professional, I encourage you to connect with me and learn how we can help you or your employees move forward in positive ways in career & life. Look forward to hearing from you!
