You’ll hear David talk clearly and passionately about his expertise in narrative approaches to helping people in their careers and lives, about his training and writing, and his own personal story from chaplain to management consultant to starting a PhD mid-career.

David’s doctoral research interest was the role of stories in understanding and shaping identity, development and change. He has taught narrative coaching skills and management/leadership for six universities in the U.S. and Australia, and has written over 30 articles, papers and chapters on narratives, evidence, and coaching.
