Brought to life by trained and caring career professionals, our approach helps clients get what matters from what happened to answer ‘What now?’ Our narrative method of practice is guided by the Canadian Career Development Standards & Guidelines and more than 10 other theories and practices. What is a Career Statement?
A Career Statement is a concise, client-generated and empowering statement that clients use like a compass to direct their intentional career exploration. Its present- and future-orientation makes it ideal to guide change and forward movement, contrasting with the backward-looking resume or CV which in many cases can limit change and growth.
