This session is designed to help you get to know yourself better, to explore work and life ideas, and discover new ones. By playing a highly interactive discovery game with other like-minded people, you’ll identify your unique abilities and learn from other people, recognize who and what influences you, and gain insight into the things that are most important to you.
By the end of the session you will:
- Identify at least 5 new self-awarenesses
- Feel more excited and confident as you continue the process of making career and life choices
- Believe more than before that who you are matters!
- Leave with your substantive Career Sketch© & Career Statement

We’d like to show you that the Who You Are MATTERS!™ game is a special experience. The game sidesteps the forms and structures, allowing participants the freedom to think, feel and say who they are, what they want and what’s important to them. The game experience gets people talking—it draws people out, while taking a serious topic and putting a fun spin on it.
What’s more, the game does “double duty” by offering a fun team building experience. And while the game is fun, it is substantive too. The resulting Career Sketch and Career Statement provide participants with concrete evidence of their growing self-awareness and their desired direction, resulting in confidence and willingness to engage in more meaningful career planning dialogue.
