15+ years in Human Resources and Education Management roles within education and service sector, including public and private post-secondary, associations, talent agencies and service industry.
Founder and President of Bjornson & Associates Inc., a talent management firm established in 2006.
Faculty member/Facilitator, CMC (Canadian Management Centre), delivering Behavioural Interview and HR Fundamentals Training to new leaders / managers.
External HR Consultant to organizational leaders and managers, to determine best fit for selection of new team members.
Experienced in guiding graduates and professionals in career transition through employment-readiness training; established employer relationships, maximizing interview and placement experience for graduates.

My mother and also my first public school teacher was a huge influence in my life and work. A modest person who was able to unlock the energy and determination in others; she had an innate ability to empathize and to believe in others.
