Why do people email so badly? It’s a question Friday’s Career Buzz guests have been pondering for years. Will Schwalbe is the co-author with David Shipley of “SEND: Why People Email So Badly and How to Do it Better.” Will left his job as Senior Vice President and Editor in Chief of Hyperion Books to found Cookstr.com, a recipe site.

Matt left a role as Director of Franchising at PropertyGuys to found Lymbix, which offers ‘tone checking’ software for email.
